American Pressure Vessel Manufacturer
Our company is proud to be an American-based pressure vessel manufacturer. HSI has over 270,000 sq. ft. of enclosed shop space for building large, complex projects at three Tulsa area locations, which not only provides customers with a convenient shipping location, but also gives the quality assurance that comes with buying American-made pressure vessels. Within these facilities, we can roll and fabricate vessels up to 5” thick under a crane way with 40’ hook height.
ASME Fabrication
Continuously operating according to the latest industry standards, HSI fabricates heavy-walled vessels and towers in accordance with ASME Codes Section I and VIII (Div. 1 and 2), offering “U,” “R,” and “S” stamps. HSI additionally follows AWS D1.1 and ANSI B31.1 and 31.3 standards. Our expertly fabricated equipment includes state-of-the-art CAD/CAM plate cutting and welding systems, plate rolls, brakes, shears, radial arm drills, manipulators, ironworkers, angle rolls, punches, a wide variety of welding machines and bridge and mobile cranes.
Fabrication of Tanks & Pressure Vessels
We fabricate custom-designed equipment from carbon steel to high-alloy and duplex materials. Often, projects require additional design and validation of previous designs. We have multiple engineers on staff and utilize industry-leading technologies to perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and other calculations to meet customer needs. Our primary software packages are Codeware COMPRESS, SolidWorks, SolidWorks Simulation, PV Elite, Ansys and several others. We take a meticulous approach with creative solutions to solve complex problems. Our goal is to work closely with clients and their Engineering Companies to deliver an excellent mechanical design package.
